Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2024/01183/FUL granted 2nd August 2024 for the 'Landscaping works to the south and east terraces of the East Wing, to provide replacement hard standing and soft landscaping; external lighting to southern and eastern elevation terraces; installation of an awning to eastern elevation of building' to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: Retention of the existing water fountain, alterations to paving pattern on the eastern terrace and expansion of this northwards (using same materials and within the red line boundary), widening of gateways in hedging on eastern terrace, removal of planting beds and hedging in the north western corner of the eastern terrace and change in the shape of the bed and hedge along the eastern boundary to widen access point to the north, addition of entrance gate in south western corner of east terrace, alterations to planting areas, hard/soft landscape areas, and permeable/impermeable areas.
