Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2024/01105/FUL granted 3rd September 2024 for the 'Installation of 2no hot water heat pumps, 2no heat recovery units and 2no air conditioning units to southern elevation of the building at ground floor level together with 50mm thick exterior grade absorbtive panels fixed to the wall behind the new units' to allow the wording of condition 4 to read as follows: 'The external sound level emitted from plant, machinery or equipment at the development hereby approved shall be lower than the representative existing background sound level by at least 10dBA in order to prevent any adverse impact. The assessment shall be made in accordance with BS4142:2014 at the nearest and/or most affected noise sensitive premises, with all machinery operating together at maximum capacity'.
