Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2022/00721/VAR granted 24th April 2023 for the 'Variation of condition 2 and 48 of planning permission ref: 2019/01416/VAR granted 26th February 2021 for the Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2017/01242/FUL granted 8th August 2017 to 'allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: Extension of single storey basement; installation of a new fire door on east elevation and associated changes to the frontage at ground floor level, relocation of window from northern elevation to southern elevation at third floor level, new oriel windows replaced with flush windows on western elevation and alterations to oriel windows and vents on northern elevation, reduction of balustrading to terraces at third floor level and erection of a new brick boundary wall on western elevation.'
