Non-material amendments to planning permission Ref: 2023/01965/VAR dated 21 August 2024 for "Planning application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) seeking variations of Planning Conditions pursuant to planning permission Ref: 2021/02896/VAR (dated September 2022) for amendments to the vertical and horizontal parameters of Phase 4 (Condition 3), amendments to Design Codes (Condition 4) and amendments to the maximum floorspace (Condition 8).
