Description

Submission of details, including physical samples, of all materials to be used on the existing and proposed external surfaces of the building, boundary walls and ground surfaces, pursuant to Condition 5; details of the proposed all new and replacement windows, prior to the commencement of construction, pursuant to Condition 6; details for any proposed structural works in the submission of a detailed report and method statement by a suitably qualified and experienced chartered structural engineer, pursuant to Condition 7; and details including plans showing the location of all proposed new radiators, and manufacturers specifications, details including samples of any proposed boiler flues and new external pipework, and a detailed method statement and schedule of works with full particulars for all works relating to the proposed services including, but not limited to, the installation of the proposed plantroom and integration of the services into the existing system, pursuant to partial discharge of Condition 10 of planning permission reference: 2024/00728/LBC dated 28th May 2024.
