Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2023/03035/FUL dated 21st February 2024 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of roof tiles to front roof slope; installation of a rooflight in the flat roof of the existing two storey back addition at second floor level; erection of a 1.7 metre high obscured glazed balustrade around the flat roof of the existing two storey back addition at second floor level, in connection with its use as a roof terrace; and installation of a door in the proposed rear roof extension, to provide access to the proposed a roof terrace." Amendments sought are alterations to the approved rear roof extension to accommodate the adjoining mansard party wall, changes to the shape of the approved rear roof extension to incorporate one separate large L-shape dormer and a smaller dormer window and blocking up of windows in the rear outrigger at ground and first floors. Together with the addition of soldier brick course on rear elevation openings.
