Non-material amendment to planning application ref: 2016/04748/RES granted 9th February 2017 to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include, external changes to Buildings B2 and C comprising of the following: Building B2 - X1 additional rainwater pipe introduced on southern elevation; X2 pergolas added to the terraces on level 07 and 08; Position and opening direction of windows and balcony doors flipped to be inward opening; Plant enclosure and lift overrun cladding changed from curtain walling to rainwater; Removal of x2 windows on the northern elevation for privacy reasons; and the position of glazing, doors and lookalike panels altered on level 08; Building C (Townhouses) - Window design on level 00 on the eastern elevation has changed to include 4 panels instead of 3; The doors leading to the terraces on Level 00 and 01 on the western elevation has changed to show bi-fold doors; and amendment to the entrance door design; internal amendments to Building B2, and Building C (Townhouses) at basement, Level 00, Level 01, Level 02 and Level 03; Amendments to Basement Car Park.
