Demolition of changing Rooms, toilets, showers, plant room, community hall, bar/restaurant and kitchen only within the Linford Christie Stadium Main Building; temporary erection of portable facilities to accommodate changing rooms, showers, toilets and a community hall/ refreshment room (within the existing footprint of the main building) for a period of two years; and installation of 2.5m high fence around the perimeter of the main building following the demolition (Amended description).
