Amendments include; separation of vertical escape routes between residential floors and basement; provision of ventilated lobbies to all corridors and sterilised lift lobbies; inclusion of wheelchair refuges in all lift lobbies; adjustments to building elevations to accommodate changes to entrances, access arrangements and provision of new escape doors. These amendments are required in line with Health and Safety Executive guidance relating to fire safety. Further changes comprise; plant room egress routes revised, water feature plant room amended, parking numbers updated, and reduction of B2 basement.
