Non-material Amendment to Condition 3 (Drawings) of planning permission (ref. 2016/04585/VAR) dated 22 August 2017 (as amended by Non-Material Amendment Applications (ref: 2018/02525/NMAT) dated 27 July 2018 and (ref: 2023/00357/NMAT) dated 17 March 2023), in relation to Plot E.Proposed amendments include the following: Amendment to the lower ground floor and ground floor layout; extend area of louvres to the façade of substation; amendments to the townhouses (windows, external wall, planters); amendments to elevations (colour palette for terracotta, windows position); introduction of a brick plinth at the ground floor level on the outer perimeter of the building; replacement metal balustrade and amendment to use pre-cast concrete with exposed aggregates on the main façade elements.
