Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/02771/FUL dated 13th March 2023 for the "Excavation of the front and side garden areas to form lightwells, in connection with the enlargement of the existing basement." Amendment sought is the removal of Condition 8 in regard Sound Insulation. There is a possibly a misunderstanding about the proposed use. I have referred to an Acoustic Consultant and they say that they don't understand the meaning of Condition 8 either. We feel that the word Studio as applied to the bedroom and sitting room has been misunderstood as perhaps a Music or Sound Studio. We would clarify for the record that this is simply a domestic basement bedroom, sitting room, workspace studio. It would not be a sound studio or similar.
