Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2019/01880/VAR granted 19th May 2020 for the 'Material amendment to planning permission reference: 2017/04662/FUL granted 10th December 2018 for the: 'Demolition of the riverside stand and partial reconfiguration of the Putney stand western end and Hammersmith stand ( Western end) and removal of four floodlight masts and the development of a new riverside stand providing two tiers of seating creating an overall seating capacity of up to 29,600 a new extended section of a riverside walkway basement leisure / retail provision for A1 A3 A4 A5 D2 use classes 9 serviced apartments (use class C1) parking a new river wall a temporary construction river platform and construction compound and associated landscaping including boundary work lighting including new and replacement floodlighting and ground works and all ancillary or incidental works and structures.' Amendments sought are for the re-configuration together with internal and external alterations to the Riverside stand to facilitate a health club at the Putney End including; relocation of five serviced apartments from the Putney end to the Hammersmith end; relocation of a heat and power system at basement level; amended design of screening at level 5 of the Riverside Stand; alteration to the internal layout of cycle parking and re-siting of enclosed cycle parking adjacent to the ground floor of proposed health club; removal of backup generator; relocation of Putney Stand compactor to level 1 of riverside stand and associated minor internal and external alterations'. Amendments to include removal of 9 car parking spaces approved by the new Riverside Stand permission and delete associated Conditions 62 (Electric Vehicle Charging Points), 63 (Car Parking Management Plan) and 64 (Blue Badge Parking Spaces) which would no longer be relevant with the parking spaces removed.
