Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2020/02024/VAR granted 11th March 2021 for the 'Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings), Condition 8 (telecommunications equipment), Condition 9 (plant noise levels), Condition 11 (Extraction and Odour Control system), and Condition 16 (Sustainable Drainage Strategy) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/00732/FUL dated 26th March 2020, as amended by 2020/03187/NMAT, for the "Alterations and extensions to the Grade II listed building including the demolition of the summer house, erection of a part-one, part-two and part-three storey extension and excavation of a basement beneath the extension, in connection with the use of the site as a 32-bedroom nursing home (Use Class C2) together with the demolition and replacement of front and side boundary walls, and re-instatement of a means of access to the highway on Daisy Lane." Amendments sought are changes to the internal arrangements and a window of the Listed Building, enlargement of the basement level, minor internal and external alterations including changes to roof level PV panels and plant enclosures and changes to the roof terrace screen of the extension building, and alterations to the landscaping and external ramp, including a new plant enclosure within parking area; clarification of condition 8; change of trigger points for submission of details for conditions 9, 11 and 16.' Amendments to include the installation of a new window and door opening to north eastern elevation of the extension building.
