Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings), Condition 3 (materials) and Condition 5 (terrace screening) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/03688/FUL dated 14th February 2023 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension; installation of 3no. rooflights in the front roofslope; removal of part of the pitched roof of the existing back addition at second floor level to form a roof terrace, enclosed with a 1.7 metre high obscured glazed screen; and installation of a door in the rear elevation of the proposed rear roof extension to provide access to the proposed roof terrace." Amendments sought are the use of a 1.8 metre high obscured wooden trellis for the roof terrace rather than the approved 1.7 metre high obscured glazed screen.
