Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2019/01564/FUL dated 22nd July 2019 for the "Erection of a front roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height; erection of a rear extension at second floor level, over part of the existing rear roof terrace; enlargement of existing sash window to rear roof extension to floor level ; installation of 2no. skylights over the flat roof at main roof level; reopening of boxed in window to the side elevation of the back addition at first floor level, alterations to existing single storey rear extension to include replacement of existing conservatory glass roof with a flat roof and rooflights, raising the parapet wall to 3 metres, enlargement of the patio door opening, and lowering of the existing internal floor level to match garden level; alterations to the roof of the existing side infill extension with the replacement of 2no. rooflights with a fully glazed roof."
