Non-material amendment to planning permission reference: 2021/01390/FUL dated 24th August 2021 for the "Replacement of existing ACM cladding with new aluminium panels, replacement of timber cladding with Rockpanel nature cladding board, removal of existing terracotta tiles to allow the installation of 100mm mineral wool insulation and re-use existing terracotta tiles on top of insulation, and replacement of selected terracotta tiles with new terracotta tiles to external facades of the building; replacement of timber decking to existing balconies with Alideck decking system."
