Non-material amendment to planning permission ref: 2022/00485/FUL granted 22nd June 2022 for the 'Erection of a rear dormer roof extension; erection of a single storey extension to the side of the main building; demolition and re-building of the single storey side and rear back additions at ground floor level; installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope and 1no rooflight in the south side roofslope; replacement of 2no windows with new windows at first floor level and replacement of 1no door with a new window at ground floor level to the rear elevation.'
