Description

Erection of a single storey extension to the front of the existing security hub; external alterations to the single storey security hub building to include relocation of the existing roof plant within the building (into a new dedicated plant room) facilitated by internal layout alterations, all external walls of the building to be re-rendered and the existing curved wall of the building will be replaced with metal framed double glazing retaining the existing building's curvature, installation of 3no new external doors, infilling of the existing window to north eastern elevation of the building; removal of existing ductwork and installation of new low level roof cowls at roof level; installation of a new vent opening to the north western elevation of the building; removal of guardrails on top of the flat roof of the security hub building and replaced by a fall arrest system at a lower height with a coloured render; installation of powder coated metal guardrails with Chelsea FC lion and rose emblem motifs to be installed on the roofs of the single storey existing and proposed extensions.
