Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide minor material amendments to planning permission reference: 2022/02270/FUL dated 15th December 2022 for the "Erection of a rear roof extension, involving an increase in the ridge height by 200mm; installation of 2no. rooflights in the front roofslope; erection of an extension at the first floor level following the removal of the existing conservatory; and replacement of the front timber sash windows with timber sash windows to match existing." Amendments sought are formation of a roof terrace at second floor level on top of the proposed first floor rear extension; installation of French doors in the rear elevation at second floor level to provide access to the proposed roof terrace; and installation of French doors to replace existing door to the rear elevation at ground floor level.
