Description

Submission of a) a detailed method statement of temporary support of the structure during the works, b) a detailed method statement of the structural works themselves, c) brief method statements of how the structural integrity of the existing lath and plaster ceilings will be preserved, and how fireplace, panelling, stairs etc will be adapted, and d) details of any new fixtures and fittings such as internal doors, fireplaces, floor finishes, skirtings and cornicing, all pursuant to Condition 4; details and samples of all materials to be used on the external faces of the building, and the new front boundary treatment, pursuant to Condition 5; and detailed drawings, at a scale of no less than 1:20 in plan, section and elevation, of each new external windows and doors, pursuant to Condition 6 of listed building consent reference: 2022/00459/LBC dated 23rd December 2022.
