Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2020/00464/FUL granted 13th August 2021 for the 'Installation of external gas pipe apparatus' to allow amendments to the approved drawings to include: Retention of subterranean gas pipe emerging from above ground and repositioned to the eastern edge of elevation 23, proposed gas riser has been repositioned eastwards on elevation 7, the horizontal gas riser on elevations 18 and 24 has been repositioned from eaves level to a lower level below the external staircase serving the roof flats and 6no. individual connections will derive from the repositioned horizontal gas riser to provide separate gas supplies to the flats in that section of the building, repositioning of gas riser slightly westwards on elevation 12 to facilitate 7no. individual gas connections, repositioning of 7no. individual gas connection on elevation 10, removal of 1no. lateral connection on elevations 19 and 20, and an additional lateral connection from the gas riser on elevation 1 in the basement lightwell (Retrospective).
