Description

Non material amendment to planning permission 22/01274/FUL to amend the wording of conditions 10 and 13 to allow construction works to start on the new dwelling before winter. It is proposed to amend condition 10 to read as follows: No works to existing buildings shall commence until the further bat emergence and barn owl survey work noted in the MAB Bat and Bird Survey dated May 2022 has been caried out and submitted in writing to the Local Planning Authority. If any mitigation measures or a European Protected Species Mitigation (EPSM) are required the details shall be submitted in wring to the Local Planning Authority for approval. It is proposed to amend the wording of condition 13 to: Prior to the commencement of works to the retained buildings and occupation of herby approved a programme to secure the implementation and completion of the schedule of works to the retained buildings noted on drawing no. PD361-05-A shall be submitted in writing to the Local Planning Authority for approval. The approved schedule shall be implemented in full and in accordance with the agreed timescales
