T1 - Self seeded ash - Remove In order to ensure no long-term loss of amenity value as required by S.197 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and to adhere to the Hackney Local Plan 2033 policy LP51 B, a replacement tree will be planted in the front garden. The new tree will be at least Light Standard sized, 6-8cm girth, 200-250cm, a native species or one known to provide benefits to local wildlife, climate resilient, and a species which is not considered invasive in Hackney. The replacement tree will be planted during the planting season at the time of felling (end October - end March) or during the next immediately available planting season.
