Description

Existing combustible balcony timber decking/ coverings and metal grating will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible aluminium decking. Existing combustible timber privacy screens will be removed and replaced with non-combustible aluminium screening. Existing combustible render systems will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible direct fix render systems. Existing combustible aluminium rainscreen cladding systems will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible aluminium rainscreen cladding system. Existing combustible aluminium soffit system to roof overhang will be removed and replaced with a non-combustible aluminium soffit system.
