T1: Eucalyptus - Fell to ground level T2: Cherry - Fell to ground level T3: Cordyline - Fell to ground level Reason for works: The Eucalyptus and cherry trees have cavities and the cordyline is unwanted. To ensure no long term loss of amenity value as required by S.197 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and to adhere to the Hackney Local Plan 2033 policy LP51 B, three replacement trees will be planted in the rear garden. The new trees will be at least light standard size (6-8 cm girth), be native species or those known to benefit local wildlife, be climate resilient, and also be species that are not considered invasive in Hackney. The replacement trees will be planted during the planting season, either at the time of felling (end October - end March) or during the next immediately available planting season.
