Description

TPO 1 of 1985. Construction works within the Root Protection Areas (RPAs) of 2 London Plane trees on the neighbouring properties (109A/107 Tottenham road) adjoining the rear of 84 Buckingham road. Works include a single 70mm diameter root tapering to 15mm/40mm diameter root at shallow level below ground to be removed, all other roots to be retained, the void to be backfilled according to a root-friendly method; T1 and T2 crown clean in sectors over the site; pruning to clear 4m above local ground level within the site, only to twig tips/minor branches with a maximum diameter of 50mm.
