Description

Erection of a part single/double storey side infill extension, increase the height of front window, insert a new dormer sash window at first floor level side extension, increase in height of ridge of roof, insert a new timber sash window to front elevation, erect a rear extension at first floor level over part of existing roof terrace, alter existing openings between kitchen and garden to create a single opening for garden access; - replace existing pvc front door with a traditional timber door; - install external condenser unit to the rear of the existing first floor terrace with enclosure.
