Description

Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans), 9 (Secure by Design), 15 (Anti-Vibration Measures), 16 (Sound Insulation), 27 (Air Permeability) and 28 (PV Panels) attached to planning permission 2017/1720 dated 22/02/2019. The effect of the variation would be to remove the front lightwell; make amendments to the level of the rear terrace on Block A; replace privacy screens with obscured glass; amend window sizes for Block A and B; relocate the bin store resulting in an increase in size to a ground floor residential unit in Block B; remove the lift to the basement in Block B; make minor elevational amendments to balcony sizes, screens, walls and columns; and other minor elevational alterations to doors as well as variation of trigger points for conditions 9, 15, 16, 27 and 28.
