The comprehensive, phased, mixed use development within the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park as authorised by planning permission reference 17/00236/VAR but subject to modifications to the definitions, conditions and annexures which were imposed on the original planning permission reference 11/90621/OUTODA as such conditions were incorporated and modified by planning permission references 14/00036/VAR and 17/00236/VAR. The aforementioned definitions, conditions and annexures as modified further by this proposal are set out in full in Part II below and in the Annexures to this decision notice which together give effect to the slot out of the Superseded Development. This submission provides an update to the details submitted in June 2019 (LLDC ref: 17/00667/AOD), with regards to Condition 2 and also approval of details in order to discharge Condition 5, following further review of the proposed material details and
