Description

The works involve the covered area adjacent to the school's Aviary Building, which comprises a boundary wall and a wall that extends 90 degrees from the boundary wall. Ongoing damp issues have led to the deterioration of the painted finish on the walls, causing children who use the area to brush against them and dirty themselves. In the past, the school has repainted the walls, but the finish has only lasted a short period. The proposal is to install cladding along these walls to match the adjacent Aviary Building. Additionally, the proposal includes removing the benches installed into the boundary wall to prevent children from climbing into the covered area roof space
