Recommended work: - Fell to ground level.T1: Lime tree in main concourse area: •We have inspected this tree from ground level and also recently climbed the tree to remove dead and hanging branches. •Tree seems to be in decline, with poor form and decay in the base. •Signs of decay in the base after sounding with rubber mallet. •Significant lean towards a major through route for students. •Mid-low amenity value, flanked by 2 specimen Plane trees of high amenity value. •Losing this tree will improve the sight lines to much better quality Plane trees.
