Deed of Variation to the S106 legal agreement attached to planning permission 2020/3507 dated 03/11/2021. The following variations are sought: 1. An option to increase the number of Affordable Houses to 100% (13 London Affordable Rented Units and 17 Shared Ownership units) ; 2. A provision that if the 100% Affordable Housing option is taken then the Early-Stage and Late Stage Review will not be required. 3.Insertion of a mortgagee inclusion clause.
