Non-material amendments to approved full application 2022/1030 and listed building consent 2022/3112 for redevelopment of the buildings with extensions and changes of use to provide nine new residential units, refurbished commercial space (use class E); associated cycle parking, refuse, and recycling facilities; landscaping to Forest Place as follows: • Ground and Basement: Rearrangement of refuse and bike storage and commercial space at ground and basement to improve the fire safety strategy to meet London Fire Brigade Guidance and to accommodate accessible bike storage. • Stair, Lift, Deck Access and Facade Design: Amendments to the residential lift and stair core, deck access and facade to enable improved fire and access strategies. • Flat Layouts: Changes to flat layouts in buildings 1, 2 & 3 to comply with fire regulations relating to flats accessible from an un-lobbied staircase.
