Temporary use of land (3 years) at the former Church as a sui generis event and exhibition space (maximum number of attendees to be 500, hours of opening: Monday to Friday, Sundays and Bank Holidays from 9.00 to 22.30; Saturday from 9.00 to 23.30); erection of three temporary buildings in the front yard, erection of removable steps to the main entrance and erection of an external lobby, to enable the proposed use.
