Front Garden T4 - Plane Re-pollard. • T4 Plane is located in the front garden of the property. • The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. • The tree is encroaching onto neighbouring properties. Rear Garden T1 - Ash Pollard to 7 metres from ground level. • T1 Ash is located in the rear garden of the property along the right-hand boundary. • The tree is showing early signs of ash die back. • The tree could be considered a H&S risk as it is overhanging the neighbouring property. T2 - Self Set Sycamore Fell as close to ground level as possible. Apply systemic herbicide to stump to prevent re-growth. • T2 Self set sycamore is located adjacent to T1. • The tree is of poor shape and form and is of little amenity value. • The long term future of the tree is questionable due to its location. T3 - Sycamore Crown reduce to previous points. • T3 Sycamore is located adjacent to T2 in close proximity to the building. • The works are part of a regular maintenance program to retain the tree at a suitable size for its location. • The specified works will enhance the overall aesthetics of the tree.
