The owners of these premises are replacing external insulation due to it not meeting current fire regulations. The project involves removal and replacement of panelling and balcony flooring. In order to facilitate the project, scaffolding and/or mobile elevated work platforms will be required which will be in the vicinity of existing, retained trees. T2 – T5 will require facilitation pruning to allow scaffolding. Specification – reduce back eastern laterals by a max of 1.5 – 2.0m from building.
