Demolition of Titchfield House, Picture House, 109 Great Eastern Street and 95 – 97 Tabernacle Street and construction of a 5 storey building, 8-storey building and 19 - storey building alongside refurbishment and extension of 95-107 Great Eastern Street and 87 – 93 Tabernacle Street in order to provide 6,419 sqm GIA of commercial floorspace (Use Class E), 202 long-stay aparthotel rooms (Use Class C1), 560 sqm GIA of retail and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c) and Sui Generis), 37sqm of flexible retail, community and town centre floorspace (Use Class E(a/b/c and Use Class F2(b)) and 12 residential units (Use Class C3) together with creation of new central courtyard and pedestrian routes through the site, ancillary hard and soft landscaping, cycle and blue badge parking.” (Amended Description 14.04.25)
