Description

Remove existing roof covering to duo pitched main roofs at Chiltern House (entire block of flats 1-37), install proprietary roof insulation on top of rafters and install new concrete double roman roof tile covering to match existing style in terracotta red (provision of insulation will raise ridge line by 70mm). Renew existing roof dormers to match existing style, but to incorporate additional insulation to cheeks and roofs by a marginal 50-100mm with zinc standing seam.
