Request for a Scoping Opinion under Regulation 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2017) relating to a proposal for outline planning permission for all matters reserved apart from access for phases 5-8 of the regeneration of Woodberry Down Estate comprising demolition of all existing buildings and structures and erection of new buildings up to 21 storeys in height to provide up to 3,199 residential units (Use Class C3), community floorspace (Use Class F2), and public open space.
