Variation of condition 1 (Development in accordance with plans) of Listed Building Consent 2021/0538 granted 16 November 2021. The proposed changes include: Amendments to the mezzanine in the church building; amendments to the link building; amendments to external stairs to provide lift access; additional stair core in new building, amended cycle parking in new building and church, elevational changes to new building to include amended access at ground floor and terrace level; Reduction in height of new building but increased height to 4th floor roof plant; reduced waste storage capacity.
