The tree in front garden, which is growing too big and damaging the walls around the property. The tree also has quite low growing branches, which often need trimming to keep the pavement free for people walking by. We are considering to reconfigure the front garden area and would like to replace the tree with a more seasonal tree (for example a magnolia)
