Description

Variation of condition 1 (approved plans and documents) of planning permission 2018/2948 for “Demolition of existing buildings and construction of a 6-8 storey building with basement to accommodate 38 residential units and commercial space (use class B1) along with amenity areas, access and servicing, cycle parking and refuse/recycling stores.” The proposed changes would allow extension of lower ground floor mezzanine and amendments to ground floor fenestration and canopies; to facilitate a change of use from office (Class E(g)) at parts of the lower ground floor and ground floor to a gym (Use Class E) and part of the ground floor to cafe (Use Class E); layout changes to include reduced basement plant area.
