Variation of conditions 1 (Approved Plans), 14 (Cycle Spaces), 29 (Number of Units) and 30 (Height of Buildings) of planning permission 2018/2802 dated 19/06/2020 (as amended by 2023/1225) for “Demolition of the existing building, and construction of a part 4/ part 5/ part 6 storey building, comprising employment use (B1 Use) at ground, first and second floor, and 27 residential dwellings (C3 Use) on ground and upper floors with associated cycle parking, amenity space, communal play space, communal landscaping and refuse and recycling storage.” The purpose of amendments are to add part three, part two and part one storeys of greater height, to provide eight additional units (3x1-bed, 4x2-bed, 1x3-bed); amended facade treatments; and to the proposed cycle parking.
