Non-material amendment to planning permission 2021/0406 dated 18/10/2022 to alter the hotel aspect of the scheme only allowing for an overall reduction in hotel rooms from 295 to 275 as a result of an increase in room sizes, internal reconfiguration including additional rooms at ground and basement floors, relocation of cycle and bin stores to ground floor, reduction in size of restaurant and back of house, increased mezzanine level with additional rooms; and external alterations to the stair core to the north of the building, fenestration alterations and alterations to roof plant enclosure.
