Dymchwel adeilad 'Y Cwt Mochyn' a'i ddisodli ag adeilad newydd i ar gyfer iwtiliti newydd, ystafell foeler a storfa goed. Ymestyn y gweithdy presennol a elwir yn 'Y Beudy' i greu modurdy domestig ar gyfer dau gar. Proposals to modify existing internal layout and external alterations to existing dwelling 'Ty Fry'. Existing structure referred to as the ‘Pigsty’ to be demolished and replaced with new building to house new Utility, Boiler Room and Log Store. Existing structure referred to as the ‘Ty Bach’ to be converted to provide an annex to the main property, to include a small extension. Extend existing workshop referred to as 'Y Beudy' to create two car domestic garage.
