Non-material amendments to the plans approved by planning permission C22/0329/15/LL for the substantial demolition of the existing Electric Mountain Visitor Centre to include the r etention of the existing access road to the north-west of the proposed new grass area; replacement of proposed grasscrete which runs north-west to south-east though the site with grass; omission of proposed lighting and reversion to existing lighting; and amendments to the appearance of the sub-station building comprising the omission of facing brick outer leaf and addition of render coat to existing brick/blockwork, and reversion to existing door and louvres.
