Full internal and external refurbishment of 22 & 23 Church Street to include new workshop units, two new ground floor retail units and two new residential units. Change of use includes forming new lettable workshop units to the basment floor where before was located a residential unit to Caffi Bolton (23 Church Street) and the workshop/ store for Siop Ephraim (22 Church Street) and the formation of a residential unit to the first floor of Siop Ephriam. A two storey extension to the rear of 23 Church Street will be demolished due to its lack of structural integrity and replaced with a smaller two storey extension.
