Refurbish Llechwedd Slate Cavern visitor centre by, erecting a new single storey lobby on the front of the existing building, erecting a new two storey building with a ground/first floor restaurant and first floor classrooms, erecting a single storey glass link to connect the existing and the new building, installing solar panels on the southern elevation of the existing shop and erect a fabric tensile structure to cover external area.
