Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to vary condition 1 (drawing numbers) to soften the overall impact of the hardstanding area of planning permission 25/P/01637 for the Variation of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 8 (energy statement) of planning permission 24/P/01358 approved 03/07/2025 for the proposed erection of 4x detached dwellings, to be 2-storey with rooms in the roof, following demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuildings with associated landscaping to provide ancillary amenity, refuse, cycle storage and parking.
