Listed building consent for external shopfront re-decoration to include reinstatement of the original 'wrap around' sign-band above shopfront, repaint shopfront and existing external timberwork above shopfront and external brass plate elements to be cleaned and made good, existing decorative wallpaper to be removed and new square set flush plasterboard to be installed, removal of internal elements that were installed by the previous occupants including non-structural timber stud partition walls to restore the original internal layout as well as decorative joinery features, installation of internal vinyl graphic on sections of glazing behind the windows facing Chapel Street and installation of 9 no. non-illuminated fascia signs, 1no. internally illuminated sign, 1no. projecting sign, and 1no non illuminated- door sign (description amended 28/10/2025).
